What are the Shipping Costs?
In Italy the contribution for expenses is €8 and they are free for orders over €50.
For foreign countries, Shipping Costs vary from Country to Country depending on the Weight.
What is NATURA CLUB and how does it work?
The Natura.it Club represents a quick and easy way to acquire discounts and other benefits to enjoy on the www.natura.it website
It does not involve association costs and is totally managed automatically by the site manager.
There are three different Status levels and respective benefits to which you are associated based on purchases.
How do I find out where my package is?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us with the clickable link to follow the journey of your package.
Can I order and have the package delivered to another person?
Of course, just indicate the shipping address of the person you want the package to be delivered to.
How can I search the site for the product I might need?
You can search for the product in multiple ways:
🔸 simply by clicking on the LENS symbol and writing whatever you want to search for (feet, face cream, vitamin C, shampoo, menopause, psoriasis, sage... and so on) and all the products related to what you wrote will appear.
🔸by clicking in the respective Category (e.g. 'Cosmetics' if you are looking for a hand cream);
🔸 if you know the name of the line, click on 'Product Lines' and then on the line you are looking for (for example on 'Liberella' for anti-lice products or on Pedyx for podiatry products).
What type of payment can I use?
You can pay with: Credit and Debit Cards from the major circuits; PayPal; Satispay; Bank transfer; Stripe; UnionPay
If I have doubts about a product or want advice, what can I do?
You can write to web@natura.it and your request will be forwarded to the individual specialist who will respond to you as soon as possible.
