The Loofa or Luffa is a gourd that belongs to the Cucurbitaceae family, the same family as pumpkin, cucumber and melon and from its dried fruits a completely vegetal and eco-sustainable sponge is obtained.

The fruits are harvested and left to dry in the sun for a few weeks. During this process, the fruit dries out, exposing the internal fibers that make up the natural sponge, offering a natural and sustainable alternative to synthetic sponges.
Loofa is biodegradable and completely natural , making it an eco-friendly choice for anyone looking to reduce their environmental impact.

HOW TO USE

1 - Use the glove during the bath or shower to apply your favorite eco-sustainable shower gel all over your body, such as our Eco Shower with only Plant Extracts and Pure Essential Oils. To stimulate microcirculation, start from the ankles and massage from the bottom up.

2 - Use the glove DAMPENED or DRY (Dry Brushing), as follows:
FOR RESISTANT SKIN: Use the dry loofah sponge. This will give you a deeper exfoliation.
FOR DELICATE SKIN: we recommend using the slightly damp sponge. This will result in a delicate peeling.
Start from the foot and make movements from bottom to top, repeating the movement on the same area several times, gradually move up towards the knee, thighs and buttocks, always repeating the movements.
In areas where cellulite occurs, make circular movements applying less pressure on the affected area. On the belly make circular movements in a clockwise direction and gently move up towards the chest. For the arms start from the hands and then finish on the shoulders.

Rinse the glove after each use and let it dry.
