To be used diluted as a massage oil, for a bath, in room diffusers and humidifiers, or for internal use diluted with honey, tea, herbal teas or other drinks to taste.

HOW TO USE

For Internal Use:
1-2 drops, 1/2 times a day, to be consumed diluted with honey, tea, herbal teas or other drinks to taste.

For External Use:
Environmental Diffusion: a few drops in essential oil diffusers or radiator humidifiers.

Rinses, washes, gargles;

Draining bath: 10 drops in the tub water, remaining immersed for at least 10 minutes;

A couple of drops in the Suffumigi (Fumenti) water.
