Due to its well-known re-epithelizing properties it can also be used on pimples and chapped skin.

Beeswax has got strong emollient and anti-dehydrating properties.

 The lipids present in Beeswax make it useful in the formulation of products for very dry and chapped skin, as they allow to retain water loss from the skin and protect it.

In fact, the wax has a chemical structure that is particularly similar to that of the skin.

Moreover Beeswax has the ability to form a protective film that resists even some washing with detergents and detergents.
