The sale of Natura House products is governed by the following General Conditions.

The products marked with the Natura House brand, purchased on the website www.natura.it, are produced and sold by Natura House SpA registered in the register of companies in Turin no. 530900, VAT and CF IT02011250012, with registered and operative offices in Orbassano (Torino), Via Fausto Coppi 5, 10043. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are an integral and essential part of the sales contract, for this reason they must be examined "online" by the customer before the completion of the purchase procedure. The forwarding of the order confirmation implies, therefore, full knowledge of the same and their full acceptance.

Order

The buyer, with the acceptance of the present contract, declares to have acquired adequate knowledge of the characteristics of the goods requested and of the relative warranty conditions, of the price, and of the conditions of sale, as well as of the delivery of the same goods. In the event that the purchased product is not in stock and is not otherwise available, Natura House SpA undertakes to reimburse the customer by bank transfer, as soon as possible (and in any case within 30 days), the expenses paid for the payment of the supply.

Price

The sales prices displayed on the www.natura.it portal include VAT. Shipping costs will be displayed on the portal, for each country of destination, before the order is completed. The purchase contract is completed through the exact compilation of the required fields and the consent to the purchase manifested through the adhesion date "on line", except for the successful completion of the payment. Payment must be done when ordering online, and can be done by credit card (Visa, CartaSi, Mastercard, Visa Electron), bank transfer or PayPal system.

Natura House will send the selected and ordered products to the courier to be delivered to the customer at the address indicated. Delivery will be arranged within 7 working days: no responsibility can be attributed to Natura House for delayed or non-delivery due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances. The buyer is therefore obliged to provide for the protection of his interests towards the carrier, according to the regulations in force. The delivery terms are indicative and subject to all circumstances that may preclude, hinder or delay the normal procurement and production process and

Responsibility

Natura House SpA assumes no responsibility for the disservices due to force majeure such as, for example, accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and / or lockouts, earthquakes, floods and other similar events that prevented, in whole or in part, to execute the time agreed in the contract. It will not be liable to any party or third parties regarding damages, losses and costs incurred as a result of the non-execution of the contract for the aforementioned causes, having the customer only entitled to the return of the price paid. Moreover, it is not responsible for any fraudulent and illegal use that may be made by third parties, credit cards, at the time of payment of the products purchased. In fact, at no time during the purchase process, Natura House is able to know the number of the credit card used, which, by opening a protected connection, is transmitted directly to the manager of the banking service.

Guarantees

Natura House SpA guarantees the correspondence of the goods supplied to the agreed characteristics, in case of delivery of goods not satisfying these characteristics, the responsibility of the company will be considered limited to the replacement at its expense. Any other compensation for damages is consequently excluded. If the products are found to be flawed, the customer is obliged to write down the defect in writing within ten days of discovery, under penalty of forfeiture. In order to activate the replacement, the customer must make a specific written complaint within 8 days from goods’ receipt, and send to Natura House SpA with headquarters in Orbassano (Torino), Via Fausto Coppi 10043, the goods spoiled at their own expense. In the event that Natura House SpA finds the defect, it will replace the item and credit shipping costs. The company reserves the right to charge the customer for the costs incurred for the verification of the product and for the return of the same, if it is conformable and free of defects.

Customer obligations

The customer agrees, once the on-line purchase procedure is completed, to provide for the printing and preservation of these general conditions. It is strictly forbidden for minors to conclude an online order. It is strictly forbidden to enter false and / or invented data or data of third parties in the registration procedure necessary to activate the process for the execution of this contract. The customer indemnifies Natura House SpA from any responsibility deriving from the issue of incorrect tax documents due to errors in the data supplied by the customer, being himself solely responsible for the correct insertion.

Right of withdrawal

(Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 - Consumer Code)

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to be sent to the office of the seller as the result of the order form, and proceed with the return of the goods. The withdrawal is effective only if exercised no later than the tenth day following the date of signing of the order. It is advisable to attach a copy of the order letter to the return letter. The customer must return the product no later than 15 working days after receipt of the product, by return delivery to the customer. All items must be returned intact, provided with original packaging and relative tags indicating codes and shipping and any other material that is part of the package. In case of withdrawal, the company is required to return the full price of the product within the terms of the law (30 days).

Complaints and cancellation of orders

The buyer is required to check the goods on arrival, in front of the courier and before it is used and / or in any way altered. Any complaints must be issued immediately in writing to the courier and, simultaneously, in writing, sent by e-mail to Natura House, at web@natura.it within eight days from the arrival of the goods due to obvious defects, and within eight days from the detection in cases of hidden defects, together with a picture of the package with the products considered damaged. In any case, the right to a claim lapses after one month from receipt of the goods. Natura House makes available to its customers the e-mail web@natura.it for every communication related to the order in progress, already paid with one of the available systems.

Resolution

Failure to pay the respective price deadlines or failure to comply with other obligations assumed by the buyer will entitle the writer to consider terminated the contract due to the buyer's fault. If the change in the financial conditions of the buyer would endanger the achievement of the price of the goods sold, the writer may condition the delivery of the goods, the provision of suitable guarantees, or request the termination of the contract.

Changes

The conditions of the offer are susceptible of revision by the writer. In the case of orders for distributed deliveries, the general conditions of the offer are likewise susceptible to revision, if the contrary is not expressly stated in the offer. Any changes and / or additions to the sales conditions of the writer must be approved in writing.

disputes

For any dispute, the Court of Turin is competent in an exclusive way. These general terms and conditions of sale are understood to be accepted by the buyer at each point and the purchaser himself renounces any conditions of purchase, considered individually or as a whole.
