The sale of the products Nature House, is governed by the following terms and conditions.

The goods covered by the trade mark Naturahouse, purchased on the website, are manufactured and sold by Natura House SpA registered in the registro delle imprese di Torino n. 530900, P.IVA 02011250012 and CF, with headquarters in Orbassano (TO), Via Fausto Coppi, 10043 5. The present general conditions of sale, are an integral and essential part of the contract of sale, that is why they must be examined online by the customer, prior to the completion of the purchase procedure. The forwarding of the order confirmation implies therefore, total knowledge and full acceptance thereof.


The buyer, with the acceptance of this agreement, declares to have taken adequate knowledge of the characteristics of the goods and the relevant warranty terms, price and conditions of sale and delivery of goods. In case the product is not in stock and is not otherwise available, nature House SpA undertakes to reimburse the customer through bank transfer, as soon as possible (and in any event within 30 days), the expenses paid for the payment for the supply.


The prices displayed on the website are inclusive of VAT. Shipping costs will be displayed on the portal, for each target country, before processing your order. The purchase contract is perfected using the exact compilation of required fields and the consensus expressed by purchasing membership data "on line", subject to successful payment. Payment is made at the time of ordering online, and can be accessed through the affiliated credit card (Visa, CartaSi, Mastercard, Visa Electron), bank transfer or PayPal.


Nature House will remit to the courier the products selected and ordered to be delivered to the customer at the address indicated. Delivery will be made within 7 working days: no responsibility can be attributed to Nature House for delayed or non-delivery due to force majeure or accidental occurrence. The buyer is therefore required to ensure the protection of their interests against the carrier, in accordance with the regulations. The terms of delivery are approximate and subject to any conditions that may prevent, hinder or delay the normal process of production and supply and delivery of the goods.


Nature House SpA assumes no responsibility for disservices arising due to force majeure such as, but not limited to, accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and/or lock-outs, earthquakes, floods and other similar events that prevent, in whole or in part, to give effect within the time agreed in the contract. Shall not be liable to any party or third parties regarding damages, losses or costs incurred as a result of non-performance of the contract for the reasons mentioned above, having the customer right to the refund of the price paid. It is also not responsible for any fraudulent use and abuse that can be done by a third party, credit card, at the time of payment of the products purchased. In fact Nature House at no time purchasing procedures is able to know the number of the credit card used, which, by opening a secure connection, is transmitted directly to the Manager of banking service.


Nature House SpA guarantees the conformity of the goods supplied to the agreed characteristics, in case of delivery of goods not conforming to these features, the company's liability shall be limited to the replacement at his own expense. Each other for damages is therefore excluded. Right of withdrawal

The buyer is entitled to withdraw from the contract, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to be sent to the headquarters of the seller company resulting in the header of that order form, and proceed to the restitution of the goods. The withdrawal is effective only if exercised not later than the tenth day following the date of signing of the order. It is recommended that you attach to the letter of withdrawal photocopy of the letter of the order.

The customer shall return the product within and no later than 15 working days upon receipt of the product, with delivery at the customer's expense. All items must be returned intact, with the original packaging and labels showing codes and shipping and any other material that is part of the package.

In case of withdrawal the company is required to repay in full the price of the product within the terms of the law (30 days).

Complaints and cancellation of orders

The buyer is obliged to check the goods immediately upon arrival, in front of the courrier and before it is used and/or altered in any way. Failure to pay the respective price deadlines or failure to comply with other obligations by the purchaser will entitle the company to consider terminated the contract for buyer's fault. If the change in financial conditions of the buyer were to endanger the achievement of the price of the goods sold, the undersigned shall make delivery of goods, the provision of suitable safeguards, or ask for the cancellation of the contract.


The terms of the offer, are subject to review by the writer. In the case of orders for deliveries allocated, the General conditions of supply shall also be subject to review, if the offer is not expressly stated to the contrary. Any changes and/or additions to the conditions of sale of the company, must be approved in writing.


For any dispute is the Court of Turin exclusively. The present general conditions of sale are accepted by buyer in every point and the buyer the same waiver of any purchasing conditions, considered individually or as a whole.
